TOKYO, JAPAN (HBN) — Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi may appear to be out campaigning in Japan - smiling and greeting citizens. However, you can’t be too sure.
Recently, his stunt double was spotted out on the campaign trail. The Koizumi look-a-like first showed up this past Thursday as the Japanese leader made a speech to the public.
The impersonator’s name is Akira Matsushita. Matsushita wore a wig and a false nose and a wig, and caused Koizumi to smile as he delivered his speech.
Everyone immediately wondered what prompted the Prime Minister’s reaction. It was this silly clown, Matsushita, who had recently become a fan of the Prime Ministers.
“I was just trying to get a job as his stunt double,” Matsushita told reporters after the rally.
