New York, NY (HBN) - Sears and K-Mart have inked a merger deal that will make them one very large “company.”
The $11 billion dollar deal makes Sears and K-Mart one of the largest, most disorganized companies in the countries.
Sears is reportedly trying to sabotage it’s image, and K-Mart is just happy to be dragging someone down with it.
Only time will tell if Martha Stewart will begin to offer a line of Home Improvement gear at Sears… when she gets out of the pen.
